Trafalgar Square

Trafalgar Square in London is one of Britain's great tourist attractions. Commemorating the Battle of Trafalgar (1805) - a British naval victory - the square was designed in the 1820s and built in the 1840s.

Located in the heart of London, Trafalgar Square is one of the city's most vibrant open spaces and provides a wonderful platform for many special events throughout the year. Other venues located in Trafalgar Square includes Nelson's Column, The National Gallery, and St. Martin-in-the-Fields.
