The Verve Reunion Tour 2007

UK alternative band The Verve will be playing at The O2 as part of their reunion tour of 2007.
The band gained worldwide popularity with their hit album Urban Hymns in 1997 which spawned the worldwide smash-hit single "Bitter Sweet Symphony".
Their follow-up single "The Drugs Don't Work" achieved similar success but at the height of their fame, guitarist Nick McCabe sensationally quit the band citing he couldn't tolerate the constant life on the road any longer. This was the band's second split.
Much to the excitement of fans, The Verve announced their reunion in June this year with plans for a new album firmly in the pipeline.
