The Natural History Museum is a major landmark and tourist attraction in London with over 70 million items housed under five main collections: Botany, Entomology, Mineralogy, Palaeontology and Zoology.
Many visitors to the institution are there to see the plentiful items on display including specimens collected by Charles Darwin whilst others are there to admire the grand Victorian-style architecture.
When?
All year round -- Closed only between 24 - 26 December.
