September 21st 2007 09:30
Daejanggeum

The celebration of Chuseok, Korea's Harvest Moon Festival, takes place this Saturday, September 22 at the Great Court of the British Museum.

Suitable for all ages, this spectacular event makes a fantastic family day out where you can enjoy performances including traditional Korean-costume dancing and exciting rhythms of percussion band, Dulsori.

Feel free to join in the fun with Korean crafts such as wood-block printing, sculpting vases out of soap, lampshade making or a movie by Im Kwon-Taek, Chihwaseon and the historical drama Dae-Jang-Geum.
